A moment in front of the camera
Hello, It's me April from For Good Photography! Usually you will find me behind the camera, but just for a moment this Tallahassee and North Florida Newborn photographer and Labor and delivery nurse stepped in front of the lens and tried my hand at doing a self photo shoot with the help of a wireless trigger. I have been on a nursing assignment in Burlington, Vermont and while here I discovered a great little park on one of the Great Lakes with a great variety of places to do a photo shoot. This area provides different landscape than Tallahassee Florida and I was itching to test my camera on these great locations. This the same spot I took pictures of a sweet little gymnast and got some striking images. I'm a little shy in front of the camera but I took a chance so I could try out my new wireless trigger! It was actually fun and I got some great pics. Now I think I kind of see self-portraits as a challenge. What can I do next? Where can I shoot? That's the beautiful thing about photography, discovering new sites to shoot and making the potential photo in your head come to life! I'll be back in Tallahassee Florida soon to discover more spots. I'm thinking the sink hole at Lake Jackson next....
